The winner of the Grand Prix will be determined by an empirical and objective system based on the points they achieve for their placing in each of the following categories:

In the event of a tie the final decision will be made by a Selection Panel who will consider all aspects of the performance of a company and Investor Relations Department.

Not considered for the Grand Prix for Investor Relations & Corporate Governance Award are candidates in the following categories:
